Vision
- To be a centre of excellence in pharmaceutical analysis, regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical chemistry in the area of academics and research to contribute for the socio-economic progress of the nation.
- To develop Industry-Institute interaction to fill the gap between academia and industry.
- To empower students to establish drug testing laboratory by training them in regulatory aspects.
- To motivate the students and staff for higher education and research activities.
- To inspire students through innovative problem based learning, rich experimental curriculum and inter professional collaboration.
 
Mission
- To impart knowledge, analytical thinking, professional ethics and training for students and faculty members in pharmaceutical research.
- To develop, promote and nurture research activities by way of collaboration and industry-academia interaction pursuing advances in pharmaceutical sciences.
- To provide practical skills to make the students to identify drugs in formulation, herbal, biological, food and cosmetics products by utilizing sophisticated analytical techniques and also to file patents from the outcome of their research.
- To provide good theoretical and practical skills and inculcate right attitude through a well balanced curriculum and extracurricular activities.
 
 
OBJECTIVES
01.Gain exhaustive knowledge of analytical technology from classical chemical methods to modern analytical technology including bioanalysis and natural chemistry.
02.Provide teaching on current trends in the fields of pharmaceutical analysis, regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical chemistry.
03.Handling and troubleshooting of sophisticated analytical instruments like DSC, FTIR and HPLC.
04.To keep pace with the current developments in the areas of drug design and drug development, bioanalytical method development, validation, IPR and regulatory guidelines.
